A growing community, Arlington, is the last stop along 1-40 in Shelby County. Arlington, TN has experienced an explosion over the past two decades with a 244% growth rate taking Arlington from a small rural community of just of 3K to a thriving suburg ov over 14K today.
This surge of growth is bringing new subdivisions, business, parks and commercial growth. While the town is growing the small town feel remains with a Depot Square as the heart of the town. This square is the site of many community events like Depot Square's Christmas Tree Lighting, Christmas on the Square, Arlington in April, Music on the Square and many more events. The town has a Farmers Market, Community Garden and much more.
Arlington Community Schools was formed in 2014 and has received numerous rewards. There are currently 4 campuses: 2 Elementary, 1 Middle and 1 High School.
